Working with Roger Owens was a pleasant experience. One of the first things he did was take the time to find out what my goals for the property were and the specific things I was looking for. He didn't waste my time looking at properties he knew were outside those parameters. Roger was always available to answer questions and offer help through the loan process. Not being from the area, Rogers assistance, above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor was wonderful.
